Savory Start - Light and flaky Middle Eastern cream puffs are the basis for this savory course filled with an exotic Hummus and roasted garlic.


2nd Course - Fog's Reach Pinot Noir
Splendid Salmon - Rich buttery cream sauce is combined with smoked salmon and fresh chives then blended into our wonderful Italian pasta the zest of a lemon completes this dish.


3rd Course - Los Osos Merlot
Petite and Sweet - Savory succulent petite lamb chops are seasoned with delectable Mediterranean spices accompanied with mashed red potatoes and crisp micro greens.


4th Course - Hilltop Cabernet
Nicolau's Best - A delicate and caramel like flavor is the first thing you'll notice about this aged Nicolau Farm Artisan Goat cheese, so delightful, and so limited, it is a true treat.


5th Course - Old Vines Zinfandel
A Perfect Pairing - Perfectly poached pear are dipped in rich milk chocolate, then dusted with slivered almonds.
