1st Course -Alexander Valley Chardonnay 2011
This is “Soup-er” - Tender sweet spring leeks & Dungeness crab are the basis for this fantastic Vichyssoise a creamy and amazing treat.


2nd Course - Bell Mountain Red 2009
"A Perfectly Prepared Pasta" - Snow white mushroom are roasted to bring out their savory essence, then blended with balsamic braised red onions, and topped with crumbled Point Reyes Bleu cheese.


3rd Course - Merlot 2008
“This Beef Is Not Short On Flavor” - Slowly braised with a red wine reduction, our short ribs practically fall off the bone, matched only by our garden fresh Swiss Chard an amazing duo.


4th Course - Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
“This Cheese Will Wake Up Your Taste Buds” - Silky, sweet and smooth Espresso Bella Vitano, is embraced with a coating of freshly roasted ground espresso beans, delightful.


5th Course - Verjus (not fermented)2012
“So This Is Fruit, Right?” - Plump opulent berries are coupled with succulent mango to produce our magnificent cheesecake, rich and unforgettable.
