Barnwood was selected as one of the caterers for the major corporate sponsors of the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2002 and recently for the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece. Barnwood has been featured on national television as well as in the local media market as an expert on food and wine. Barnwood's catering reputation has taken inflight catering across the country to such events as the Millennium Party in New York, an international bridal association in New Orleans and national food shows, where Barnwood's considerable talents as an innovative restaurant and events planner have been acclaimed.
