1st Course - Karia Chardonnay 2009
“Drunk?? No I Am Just Marinated” - A delicate Sake, brown sugar, mirin and miso marinate bathes each Salmon filets for over 24 hours, then we gently grill and glaze the filets with more miso, Sake, mirin & brown sugar, truly swimming in flavor.


2nd Course - Hands of Time 2009
“An Italian Delight” - Lemon zest brightens each bite of our Italian Sweet Sausage sauce, adding roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, makes this a memorable pasta.


3rd Course - Merlot 2007
“Savory and Sensational” - A sweet and rich currant sauce swirls over our magnificent filled chicken roulade, stuffed with wilted arugula, portabella mushrooms and minced garlic, all nestled next to a quince, slivered almond and mint couscous.


4th Course - Artemis Cabernet
“Ain’t That Just Peachy” - Perfect peach preserves are accompanied with our hearty Humbolt Fog cheese, what an amazing combination.


5th Course - Late harvest Chenin Blanc
“French Greek Treat” - Melomakarana, difficult to say but so easy to fall in love with, these walnut, honey cookies are, prepared Napoleon style, with layers of honey whipped cream.
